Seeds 2 Nurture is a family-centered organization dedicated to supporting Black, Brown, Indigenous, and AAPI families raising neurodivergent children. We provide culturally grounded coaching, inclusive education consulting, and evidence-based strategies that promote caregiver well-being, empower advocacy, and foster educational environments where every child can thrive. We offer conscious, community-rooted care that centers around healing, equity, and generational liberation.

Meet The Founder

Tiffany “TY” Harris-Marion, Ed.S.

I’m TY Marian—a doctoral-level educator, certified Special Education teacher, advocate, and founder of Seeds 2 Nurture. I teach from the intersection of faith, neurodivergence, and generational healing because that’s the life I live as a Mama, mentor, and movement builder.

As a homeschooling parent and resilience coach, I’ve walked through systems that weren’t built for our families—and I’ve learned how to push back with clarity, care, and purpose. Seeds 2 Nurture was born from that journey: to support Black and Brown families raising neurodivergent children, and to create space for us to rise, rest, and grow some more.

This is Our Season. And it’s Our Turn.
